Today I wanted to share a quick review of the Rival Loves Me Brow Mascara, which is the perfect product for busy people and everyone who is tired of spending 10+ minutes filling in their brows. If my memory serves me right, this is the first product I’ve tried from Rival Loves Me, and I’m interested to hear if you’d like to see more reviews of their products!

• As far as I know, Rival Loves Me doesn’t test on animals, and some of their products (like this tinted brow gel) are also suitable for vegans.
• This brow mascara costs less than 3 euros and should last for several months even if you were to use it every day, so it’s a great product for those with smaller incomes!
• The brush is quite short and small, and its bristles are perfect for coating each brow hair separately. I’ve used several brow gels in the past and so far this is the best brush I’ve come across!
  
• You can easily apply the product without touching your skin, but you can also use this brow gel to fake the appearance of brow hairs. Simply press and drag the brush wherever you have a bald patch, and repeat the process until you love the result. I suggest following the way your brows grow naturally, or going from the bottom to the top to make your brows look more natural.
• Shade 01 Ash Blond is ideal for those who love cool-toned brow products that are not too dark.
• The product has no added scent; if anything, it sort-of smells like rubbing alcohol.
• The gel formula doesn’t really change after opening, and it doesn’t feel too wet like some other gels do.
• The product dries down within a few minutes after application, and you can apply the second coat soon after the first one.
• Although one coat looks nice, I suggest applying two as it ensures that you don’t need to use any other brow products!
• Application time takes less than two minutes.
• I’ve noticed that my brows are kept in place for the whole day but they don’t feel stiff or crunchy.
• This product isn’t waterproof, but it stays on even if you get wet or sweaty. It is hard to remove without a makeup remover, so it lasts until you wash your face.

• Depending on the thickness of your brows, you may feel the need to use a brow pencil or powder to fill out bald spots or brow tails before applying this product.
• The product adds no length or volume to the brow hairs; it only adds colour and clumps brow hairs in little clusters.
• You may need to brush through your brows with a clean spoolie before and after applying the mascara.
• The product dries down very quickly, especially if it gets on your skin, so you need to have access to makeup wipes in case you get this stuff on your skin.
• You must keep up with your brow grooming routine since the brush will catch and coat all of the brow hairs.

I love to use this product on days I’m not creating looks for the blog or social media. It takes me a lot less time to do my brows since I don’t need to clean up around them with concealer, and the final look fits my current preferences. I really don’t mind the few bald spots that are still visible; I feel like it adds to the natural look!

Also, this is my first time using this image format and while there’s a lot of room for improvement, I think this could be a fun addition to my blog posts!
